Tell me about your bandmates. Who are they? How did you meet them?
they are my favorite musicians, the play for everyone from Badu, to famous church people and shit. its dope.

Which artists have influenced your music/style the most?
radiohead, black keys, most hiphop

Where could someone find you guys on any given night?
the studio, or the bar.

Tell me a secret.
that doesn’t make sense. if I tell you… then… it .. won’t.. be.. a .. ahh never mind.

How would you describe your music?
curated.

Any upcoming projects you can tell us about?
THE BELMONT BLUES

How would you describe your aesthetic to someone who hasn’t been to your show/listened to your music?
HONEST.

And finally, what would you say is the driving force of your music? What fuels your lyrics?

We met on the rooftop of RBC and the stars aligned.

How was the name ‘Medicine Man Revival’ born?
Through a conversation after our first studio sessions ended.

Where are you guys from?
Dallas, Fort Worth and everywhere else

Tell me about your bandmates. Who are they? How did you meet them?
More often than not,  Marcus “Mav” Roberts, Lil’ Marcus Jones,  Ben Barajas. They’ve always been brothers of the cloth.

Which artists have influenced your music/style the most?
Parliament Funkadelic, trap music, Tame Impala,  Fela Kuti,  Radiohead, Dr. Dre and all his spawn…

Where could someone find you guys on any given night?
Google “Lit”

How would you describe your music?
Honest

Any upcoming projects you can tell us about?
We’re releasing our first album entitled WAR in March and currently working on our second entitled HUMAN

A Holy War for the soul of humankind
